GENERAL ADVICE ON LIVING IN FRANCE

As most newbie ex-pats will tell you (if they're honest) we move here wearing rose-tinted glasses. Then, after a few weeks, POW, reality. I talked to other ex-pats at the time, but found that they didn't really have much to offer. To be honest I actually got told a load of old déchets that was better off in the poubelle!
